What college classes would I have to take to learn how to do this for a living I am REALLY interested in it but have no idea of what path to take or what it's called.

You used such fantastic, rich colors in these environments that upon a second look, the viewer is at risk of being sucked into the scene. Your compositions are fantastic, with the right amount of space and framing that creates something idyllic and lovely.
